Its a 30 hour movement, weight powered, animated and musical cuckoo clock, made in Germany. This beautiful carved wood cuckoo clock has two little squirrels (glass eyes) on the bottom that moves at every cuckoo call.

The motion of the two squirrels with a rocking motion back and forth makes it looks like they are eating the acorns. The lovely clock has 4 dancing couples twirling on the top platform as the music box plays a waltz song on the hour along with the cuckoo chirping, and the gong chiming.

It also alternates the waltz song on the half hour as well. The color wood is a lovely dark brown.

There is a large eagle perched and watching on the top getting ready to leap off a branch as shown in the picture. This clock has a night (shut off) silence lever on the left side that you can move down to silence the cuckoo sound and up to re-activate.

The pendulum and the three cast iron. Pinecone weights are suspended beneath the clock case by three separate brass chains. 20 inches high by 12 inches across and about 6 inches deep.

Comes with the original paperwork with the easy set up and hanging instructions. It was only removed from the box for testing, pictures and video. It will add charm to your home and make a wonderful addition to any cuckoo clock collection. Please let me know if you have any questions.
