Fox in the Vineyard Cuckoo Clock made by E. Schmeckenbecher in the Black Forest of West Germany. This vintage clock is NEW in its original box.

The wire that is fastened through the chains to prevent their slipping from the cog wheel while the clock is in transit are still intact. The back was opened just to take photos of the movement.

Clock is beautifully carved, featuring a crafty fox and a spying raven standing on a cluster of grapes. The grape leaves on each side are gracefully carved making this clock a feast for the eyes! Measures (WITHOUT the raven topper) 10.5" tall by 8" wide.
