Carved 1-day cuckoo clock with stag head, rabbit and wood-pecker 43cm by Hurbert Herr. I posted a stock photo and then a photo of the clock in the box. A lot of the pieces are fragile and I did not want to risk opening them up. Never taken out of the box.

Made from wood sourced locally from the Black Forest, Germany this traditional carved cuckoo clock comes adorned with a hand-carved stag head which sits atop the carved frame, adorned with oak leaves ; the clock face, encircled by a traditional'plesshorn', is surrounded on either side by a rabbit and wood-pecker, above by two rifles which cross each other, and below by a game bag. A 1-day movement carved cuckoo clock, it is perfect for adding some rustic charm to any living room, hallway or study. Moving cuckoo bird which moves out from behind it's door and chimes with it's'cuckoo' sound on the hour. Moving pendulum that sways side-to-side. Manual night-time sound shut-off lever.

1-day movement (which means it needs to be wound manually only once a day). Equipped with a German brass rack-strike movement by Hubert Herr which keeps perfect time as long as the clock is wound.

This clock features an extra thick solid wood case, for extra stability.
